Description of Work: Installed custom concrete landscape curbing around landscape beds both in front and back yards. This work was completed in the spring of 2008.

Description of Work: Mr. Pendergrass and his assistant poured a decorative curb around our flowerbeds and trees. Total feet were 247.
Owner Comments: Prior to beginning the job Mr. Pendergrass walked the entire yard with me to ensure exactly what was to be done & suggested alternatives to deal with a few trouble spots. We have a sprinkler system so he studied the map I had & took the pipe & head locations [I sprayed them w/landscaping paint so that they were easier to locate] into consideration when determining the placement of the curbing. He was very meticulous about the whole process & spent quite a bit of time just on prepping the ground. I couldn't believe they were able to finish in 1 day! When they were done there was absolutely no mess, just beautiful results. Note: I had placed a call to ''Call Before You Dig'' so that all utility lines were clearly marked. The Cable Company marked the main line but not the cable modem. We now know where it is. The Cable Company did send a tech that day to run a new line & did not charge us anything.
